The photography is 99% mine, with the occasional addition from a friend. Nothing fantastic about the cameras, mainly a Canon compact and a Nikon compact. Some stills have been taken from the recorded video from the various garden cameras, the Birds in flight gallery is an example of this. I always find it amazing to see the wings open, especially on something like a goldfinch where the flash of yellow expands considerably when the wings open for flight. Winter 2010 gallery shows just how much snow we have had this year, it seems to be never ending, I am writing this in late February and we have had almost permanent snow on the ground since mid December 2009. The Ducks gallery was taken in the summer of 2009, they came and settled in the garden one summers day and returned once or twice after that. Caribbean wildlife was taken on various islands in the Caribbean last year. More gallerys will be added as and when and additions made to those above particuarly the birds in flight gallery. |
